Photo-Motion Manager + Online: Photo-Motion Manager + Online allows you to optimise your entire workflow from photo studio to advert. The workflows can be set up and modified completely independently, so they always fit your work processes perfectly. The user-friendly software is developed in such a way that everyone can professionally photograph a car in a flash.
Camera technology: From one to eight cameras; the choice is yours. Our cameras are designed to photograph vehicles from the optimal angles. All cameras are directly connected to the Photo-Motion Box, which immediately retrieves the photos. A separate detail camera allows the user to capture all the special details from up close.
Lighting technology: Using LED lights developed especially for photography, vehicles receive perfect and colour-fast lighting from above, without using a lot of energy or requiring frequent replacement. Diffuse canvasses provide optimal light distribution to prevent reflections.
Automated roller door (optional): The roller door completely seals the photo studio ensuring optimal lighting for cars (the opening to the studio is therefore not visible in the reflections of the car). The roller door is linked to the software, which opens and closes it automatically.
Studiobox: The modular studio is up and running in no time and is made to operate for years. The walls and optional roller door prevent outside reflections and provide a peaceful background which draws one’s attention to the car. The box is even moveable in case of relocation.

Automatic cropping
The car is the star. Our software uses advanced machine learning technology to find the car completely independently on every photo. It doesn’t matter how big the car is, which colour, or from which angle it was shot. The vehicle is always placed in the middle of the image, unnecessary white space is cropped out and the aspect ratio is adjusted to the website you’ll be advertising on. This ensures that the car is always at the centre of the image and prevents white or black bars in the advert without you having to lift a finger.

How long does it take to photograph a vehicle with a Photo-Motion Studio?
This depends on the studio design and the desired end result. The standard studio takes up to 216 photos of the exterior in about 5 minutes. With Photo-Motion HiSpeed, this only takes 45 to 90 seconds depending on the type of camera. In addition, detailed photos and possibly a 360° interior photo will probably be taken. The amount of time this takes depends on the number of pictures and the person operating the camera, but on average it takes our customers 2 to 7 minutes. Driving in and out takes about a minute on average.
Which vehicles can I photograph in a Photo-Motion Studio?
We supply studios for all types of vehicles; from passenger cars to large commercial vehicles and trucks.
How much space does a Photo-Motion Studio occupy?
A Photo-Motion Studio for passenger cars is 9 meters long, 7 meters wide and 4.5 meters high. A studio for commercial vehicles is 10 meters long, 8 meters wide and 4.5 meters high. We can also supply larger studios; contact us for more information.
Is a Photo-Motion Studio moveable?
Yes. A Photo-Motion Studio is built in a completely modular way and can be moved if necessary. However, the walls and floor will need to be refinished afterwards.
Can I carry out or have the construction work for the studio carried out?
Yes. We supply most studios fully turn-key, but if desired, you or a contractor
can take care of the lighting, walls, floor (finish) and such. Please contact us
for more information.
Does the studio need to be operated by a professional photographer?
No. The process is designed in such a way that anyone can do it.
Is a lot of manual work required?
No. The process is set up in such a way that (virtually) everything is done automatically. It is of course possible to determine the settings yourself, so you can determine exactly which photos are made, how these are edited and in which order they are displayed on your website and the portals.
Can I create multiple adverts on the basis of one photo shoot?
Yes. You can automatically generate multiple photo sets on the basis of one photo shoot. For example, you can display a different or more comprehensive photo set on your website than on the portals. You could also place image with a 3:2 aspect ratio on your website and with a 4:3 aspect ratio on the portals.
Is there a link with my inventory management system/website?
Yes, probably. We link up with all major inventory management systems, including Wheelerdelta, OBSVM and AutotelexPRO. We are also continually linking up with new systems, so please don’t hesitate to contact us about this. In addition, the 360 spinners and advert photos can be automatically uploaded to your website via our API. In a simple manual, we’ll guide your website builder through the steps of linking Photo-Motion to your website.
Can I use a Photo-Motion Studio to take photographs for third parties?
Yes. You can upload to multiple parties from one studio. These parties will receive their own Photo-Motion Online account, allowing them to manage the settings and thus the appearance of their 360° spinners and adverts themselves. You therefore don’t have to adjust the work method in the studio, but can instead give each client their own, distinctive 360° spinner, advert and links to inventory management systems and websites. Furthermore, these clients can turn to our support desk with any questions, so this doesn’t require any overhead on your part.
What happens if we have a user question or experience a malfunction?
Photo-Motion has a professional support desk. Our colleagues can answer all your questions about the use of the studio and the software. Malfunctions can generally be resolved remotely, so you can get back to work quickly.
